Thanks to a well built construction worker, the life of a drowning woman has been saved, as you will see in the upcoming pictures. The Des Moines, Iowa Center Street Dam flooded in June of 2009 and luckily for this woman a construction crew with a crane were able to pluck her out of the raging water. If you don’t believe in miracles maybe after watching this you will change your mind. This guy is indeed a true hero!
